Buying Real Estate. From the Purchase and Sale Agreement until after the closing, we will make sure that your purchase is stress-free, timely and effecient. You will work directly with Frank, a Real Estate Attorney, and Donna, a Real Estate Paralegal, who will be there to answer any questions that you may have along the way. Selling Real Estate. Whether you are working with a Realtor or selling on your own, we can help! We can review the Purchase and Sale Agreement before you sign, then we will prepare the documents that you need for the closing or help to clear up any title problems that you may have. It's that easy!
Donna earned a Paralegal Certificate from Franklin Pierce College in Concord, New Hampshire in 2001 and has specialized in transactional real estate law ever since with the Law Firm of Martin, Lord & Osman, P.A. of Laconia, New Hampshire and the Law Offices of Frank S. Michel, PA of Meredith, New Hampshire. Donna is also a New Hampshire licensed Real Estate Agent.
Frank has practiced all aspects of real estate law for more than 25 years and is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Frank and Donna worked together at Martin, Lord & Osman, P.A. Frank is a New Hampshire Real Estate Broker and member of the New Hampshire Lakes Region Board of Realtors.
